Job Description
3. Manage and oversee commercial litigation processes.
4. Provide legal advice to clients on a range of business services related matters.
5. Represent the organisation in court proceedings when required.
6. Work collaboratively with the team to ensure best practices are maintained.
7. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
8. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
9. Contribute to the development and implementation of departmental strategies.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Commercial Litigation (4/5PQE) should have:
10. An honours degree in Law.
11. England & Wales qualified only.
12. Experience in a strong commercial litigation practice currently.
13. Strong knowledge of commercial litigation processes.
14. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
15. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
16. Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
