? Bid Coordinator
Job Summary: My client are seeking a focussed and disciplined Bid Coordinator to support the wider sales team and provide effective and accurate PQQ submission and enquiry responses. The Bid Coordinator will be expected to have a good eye for detail and an ability to create accurate and compelling submissions. Previous experience would be preferable but not essential. However, they would look for someone who is self disciplined and able to continually deliver their task to a high standard. An ability to talk across all levels of the business and externally to potential customers is also essential to the role. Key Responsibilities: Review and monitoring of Contracts Advance and notices from public sector portals to identify potential new opportunities and communicate these to the Business Development Director and Senior Tender Manager. Assess identified opportunities for compatibility with company strategies. Manage external enquiries from the website or elsewhere, manage escalation and undertake initial communication with the potential customer. Apply for PQQ's through external portals and to external organisations (where relevant) to receive and download all documentation to complete a PQQ. Complete and respond to PQQ's and enquiries. This will include liaison with SME's to ensure accuracy of detail and review of content by senior members of the team. In addition, the role will be expected to manage their own and SME time to ensure timely submission of all PQQ's and enquiry responses. Submit PQQ's and assist in the submission of tenders – will be responsible for the submission of all PQQ's once the review has been completed as well as assisting in the submission of tenders where necessary. Update HubSpot, and maintain it's accuracy to support pipeline management and internal reporting. Further requirements: Diary management – confirming appointments / arranging meetings Support Tender Managers with tender proposals Process and raise purchase orders in line with budgets Assist with branded content creation for social media Assist with the creation of internal and external communications Assisting with marketing and sales reports – formatting and inputting data Knowledge: Ability to deal with people across a broad spectrum of skills and levels. Advanced organisational and time management skills. A high level of drive and energy. Pro-active and Self- Motivated. Ability to multitask and prioritise. A* – C in English and Maths at GSCE level Essential: Expected standard of GSCE and Higher-Level Qualifications Microsoft Office
