Role Overview:
As Head Pastry Chef at Sam's, you'll lead the pastry section with creativity, consistency, and precision. You'll develop new desserts and baked items in line with our Anglo-French menus, manage a small team, and ensure pastry production runs smoothly throughout service. With strong leadership and organisational skills, you'll maintain high standards of quality, hygiene, and presentation- contributing to a memorable guest experience across all courses.

Pay consists of house salary + an average of tronc
