What will the Finance Manager role involve?
Leading and managing the finance team to deliver accurate and timely financial reporting, supporting strategic decision-making
Overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes aligned with the company's growth objectives
Ownership of the payroll
Managing cash flow across multiple currencies, ensuring effective treasury operations
Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and regulatory requirements, including VAT and annual audits
Collaborating with senior leadership to develop and implement financial policies that support the organisation’s strategic ambitions
Suitable Candidate for the Finance Manager vacancy:
A qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or equivalent with proven experience in financial management
Demonstrable leadership skills with experience supervising a finance team
Strong analytical and organisational skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial information clearly
Proficiency in financial software; knowledge of Microsoft Navision is advantageous
An ambitious team player, proactive and adaptable to change, with a strategic mindset
