As part of this role, you'll be responsible for leading the strategic direction of market planning and location analytics, driving high-impact decisions across the UK portfolio. This role will own setting the vision and strategy for market planning, overseeing the development of advanced analytics frameworks and guiding our internal and external partners through complex decision making processes. We'll look to you to bring your proven experience in market planning and real estate analysis with experience using geospatial data sets in a fast paced retail or hospitality environment. Being an excellent communicator with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and persuasively to stakeholders at all levels is critical for this role.
