Vitalis is recruiting for an experienced Social Worker to work as an Assistant Team Manager in a Mental Health Team in Tameside Council.
Responsibilities
Support the team manager in all aspects of team management within adult social care, working with adults and transitions with mental illness.
Qualifications
* Mental health experience
* Adult social care experience
* Ability to attend the office minimum 4 days a week
Working Hours and Location
Monday to Friday, 36 hours per week, based in Tameside. There are 3 bases; initially the work will be at a different base each day. Hybrid working is available.
