Salary: £65k - £70k plus bonus and excellent benefits
I’m currently partnering with a high growth, PE backed real estate business that has scaled rapidly through organic growth and acquisitions.
They are looking to hire a Group Financial Accountant into the central finance team in London. This is a great opportunity for a technically strong ACA or ACCA qualified accountant to gain exposure to group reporting, acquisitions and technical accounting within a fast paced, private equity backed environment.
Responsibilities
* Preparing and filing statutory accounts for multiple UK subsidiaries
* Supporting corporation tax filings alongside external advisors
* Performing monthly balance sheet reviews and technical accounting analysis
* Supporting acquisitions including review of completion accounts and post deal accounting
* Assisting with the year end audit including purchase price accounting and fair value adjustments
* Driving improvements to finance systems and processes as the group continues to scale
What they’re looking for
* Experience preparing statutory accounts and working with auditors
* Comfortable operating in a fast paced, multi entity environment
* Strong Excel skills, experience with Sage Intacct or CaseWare advantageous
