What You’ll Be Doing:

Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers through proactive phone contact

Supporting the Internal Sales Manager in achieving sales targets
*
Handling customer enquiries with professionalism and a solutions-focused mindset
*
Managing sales records and supporting admin processes to ensure smooth order handling
What We’re Looking For:
*
A minimum of 2 years' experience in a sales or customer-facing role
*
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
*
Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
*
High attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
*
A team player with the confidence to work independently
*
A business-related qualification is a bonus, but not essential
