Key Responsibilities
* Managing a portfolio of audit and accounts clients
* Leading and overseeing audit assignments from planning through to completion
* Reviewing statutory accounts prepared by junior staff
* Providing technical guidance and mentoring to team members
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships
* Assisting partners with business development initiatives
Requirements
* ACA / ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
* Must have a minimum of 4 years previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
* Strong technical knowledge of audit and accounting standards
* Proven experience managing client relationships and leading teams
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
