HCB Widdows Mason is excited to announce an opening for a Conveyancer specializing in New Build properties to join our dedicated residential property team. In this role, you will work with clients and developers to navigate the complexities of purchasing new build homes, ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a caseload of new build residential property transactions, providing expert advice throughout the process.
* Conduct thorough due diligence, including property searches and site investigations.
* Draft and review contracts, leases, and other relevant documentation with a focus on new build specifics.
* Coordinate with developers, mortgage lenders, and other stakeholders to facilitate timely completions.
* Ensure compliance with building regulations, planning permissions, and property law.
* Communicate effectively with clients, offering regular updates and managing expectations.
* Stay informed on market trends and changes in regulations related to new build developments.
Requirements
* Qualified Conveyancer with specific experience in new build properties.
* Excellent understanding of residential property law and conveyancing processes.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients and stakeholders.
* Ability to manage a high volume of transactions and meet deadlines.
* Detail-oriented with robust problem-solving capabilities.
* Proficient in using case management systems and Microsoft Office.
* Membership with the Law Society or relevant professional bodies is preferred.
