* Supporting people to recognise that they are valued members of society.
* Supporting people to become involved with local community initiatives and services
* Supporting people to engage with local training, volunteering and educational providers.
* Learn whilst living in Supported Accommodation, how to play their part in building a community.
* ngaging with local organisations to gain employment focussed skills.
* Supporting people, into and through education, training and meaningful activities.
* Planning and implementation of achieving personal goals.
* Supporting People to be a valued member of society
* Working with people, make positive changes, whilst recognising individuality and giving a sense of purpose.
Applicants will require an NVQ Level 2, ideally 3
