This is an exciting opportunity to move into education as a Trainer / Lecturer in Plumbing, with full training and support provided every step of the way. In this role, you'll plan and deliver practical and theory lessons to full-time students and apprentices across levels, using your industry knowledge to deliver high-quality learning. You'll also mentor apprentices, assess progress, and help them develop the skills and confidence to become fully qualified plumbers.
The ideal candidate will hold an NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing and Heating (or equivalent), have strong industry experience, and up-to-date knowledge of modern plumbing systems and regulations. No previous teaching experience is required, and full support and training will be provided to help you gain your teaching qualification.

The Role
* Deliver classroom and workshop-based lessons in Plumbing and Heating
* Mentor and support students to develop practical skills, knowledge, and confidence

* Contribute to curriculum planning, pastoral support, and learner reviews
The Person
* NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing and Heating (or equivalent)
* Strong industry experience as a practicing plumber
* Knowledge of domestic plumbing, heating systems, and current industry regulations
* Motivated to move into teaching and inspire the next generation
* Based within a commutable distance of Rainham
