Full time - based on a rotational shift system of 3 days on, followed by 4 days off
Our services are based in the Northeast region however due to the shift pattern we actively encourage candidates from all regions, please note we are not based in Sheffield
Locations may vary due to the accommodation being provided by the local authority

You must –
* Have experience working with children and young people with challenging behaviours
* Have a genuine passionate for providing quality care
* Excellent communication and relationship building skills
* A commitment to safeguarding, professionalism, and delivering care that puts the young person first
* Hold a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Children & Young People or are willing to work towards this
* Manage and de-escalate challenging behaviours
* Work collaboratively with care teams, contributing to care plans
