As a Sport Hallam coach, you will play a key role in fostering a positive and supporting environment in line with the Sport Hallam values for our student participants and help shape goals and contribute to continuous improvement. You will also ensure our students adhere to best practice, sportsmanship, safety and discipline in relation to their specific sport and activity, promoting individual growth and team cohesion.
Responsibilities
* nurture a culture of respect, resilience and a love for the sport.
* plan and lead effective training sessions and prepare student athletes for competition.
* attend competition/games days to support with student-athletes performance.
* cultivate a positive team culture built on discipline, respect, and sportsmanship.
* provide coaching expertise to improve the quality and standard of training and development.
