Duties & Responsibilities of a Vehicle Damage Assessor:
* Responsible for all aspects of vehicle damage estimating including liaising with insurance companies/third parties to gather and assess the necessary claim information.
* Producing accurate estimates using computerised vehicle damage assessment packages.
* Liaise with customers and work colleagues to help ensure efficient vehicle repairs and outstanding customer service.
* Following health and safety guidelines and ensuring that a safe and efficient working environment is maintained.
* Providing service level agreements, ensuring customers are contacted regarding repairs and non-related damage.
Your Background & Skill:
* Previous experience as an Estimator or VDA within the motor trade.
* Audatex qualification is desirable.
* Experience within a Bodyshop.
* Full UK Driving Licence.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Ability to work well within a team.
