Customer Services Executive
Hybrid – Office based in Polegate (hybrid working will be offered once fully trained)
Mon – Friday – 37.5 hrs per week (either an 8.30 – 5.00pm or 9.00am – 5.30pm shift)
Atlas Recruitment Group is recruiting an experienced Customer Services Executive with an advanced admin background to join an established, global professional team. The role involves providing excellent customer service, managing requests and issues, and dispatching.
Responsibilities include:
* Providing excellent customer service at all times
* Inputting information accurately into the service management system
* Raising customer quotes and obtaining purchase orders for chargeable jobs
* Monitoring job progress to meet service level agreements
* Providing phone support to engineers in the field
* Working towards department KPIs and company goals
* Complying with ISO procedures
* Logging information into external customer portals
* Managing mailboxes
* Scheduling and allocating engineer’s work efficiently, ensuring safety policies are followed
* Booking travel and accommodation, managing costs
* Creating job numbers for service installs and future work, updating databases
* Maintaining up-to-date spreadsheets with machine details and addresses
* Communicating with engineers about weekly work schedules
* Providing feedback to the team leader for effective scheduling
