We’re looking for an experienced Health & Safety Manager to lead and develop our HSE function across the business. This is a key role supporting our teams, ensuring compliance, and driving a positive safety culture.
What You’ll Do
* Maintain and update all Health, Safety, Environmental and company policies
* Keep the business compliant with current legislation and industry standards
* Develop RAMS for both large site‑specific projects and smaller works
* Carry out site audits, internal H&S reviews and client H&S meetings
* Manage PQQs, Constructionline, CHAS and client audit requirements (BP, Shell, Esso)
* Oversee training records, course coordination, and safety initiatives
* Lead subcontractor reviews and H&S audits
* Support occupational health, HAVs assessments, driving plans, and vehicle safety checks
* Manage fire risk assessments, emergency lighting, and alarm testing for our Head Office
