Here at Peacocks we have a fantastic opportunity for an Estate Surveyor to join our Property department at Peacocks.
With a growing portfolio of over 700 trading stores and a forward-thinking strategy for continued expansion, this role provides critical support to the Property team. You will be responsible for negotiating lease terms and rent reviews, ensuring lease obligations are fulfilled, and collaborating with Senior Management and Directors to align property decisions with wider business objectives.
This is a fast-paced, hands-on role within a strategic Property team. You’ll gain valuable experience across a broad range of property management activities, contributing directly to the success and growth of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Undertake the property management of a portfolio of shops
2. Monitor lease key dates and undertake rent reviews and lease renewals in a timely manner
3. Negotiate consents and permissions from 3rd parties (Landlords etc)
4. Ensure any disputes between Landlords and Tenants are resolved promptly with the minimum disruption and cost to the business
5. Liaise with other departments to resolve operational issues quickly and efficiently with the minimum disruption and cost to the business
