🚀 Data Analyst – Fintech (Payments)
We’re working with a fast-growing fintech in the payments space looking to hire a Data Analyst into their central data team.
This is a high-impact role at an exciting stage of growth, with strong exposure across Finance, Treasury, and Operations.
🔍 Role responsibilities:
* Partner with Finance, Treasury, and Operations to deliver key business insights
* Analyse performance metrics (e.g. SLAs, processing times) to identify improvements
* Support revenue analysis, forecasting, and unit economics
* Build and maintain self-serve dashboards for internal teams
* Contribute to data models and support the wider data infrastructure
* Deliver deep-dive analysis to support leadership decision-making
🧠 Key experience & skills required:
* 6+ year's experience in Data Analytics / Data Science
* Advanced SQL skills (querying, modelling, optimisation)
* Experience with modern data warehouses (e.g. Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift)
* Strong stakeholder management and business-facing experience
* Ability to translate business problems into data-driven insights
⭐ Desirable:
* Fintech / payments / FX experience
* Exposure to financial metrics (revenue, forecasting, unit economics)
* Python experience (pandas, automation)
* Experience working in fast-paced or startup environments
💰 Salary: £70,000 – £80,000 + equity + benefits
📍 Location: London (Hybrid – 3 days in office)
