Daily Rate: £89.05 – £110
Hours: School hours (typically 08:30 – 15:30)

We’re looking for caring, dependable Classroom Support Assistants to join our team in Haywards Heath and nearby schools. Whether you prefer full-time stability or flexible day‑to‑day placements, we’ll match you with supportive school environments where your contribution truly matters.
What You’ll Be Doing
Supporting teachers with lessons and day‑to‑day classroom activities
Providing one‑to‑one or small‑group pupil support
Helping create an inclusive, positive, and engaging learning environment
Supporting pupils with additional needs and adapting your approach when required
Encouraging positive behaviour and active engagement in lessons
Working closely with teachers and staff to support pupil progress and wellbeing
What We’re Looking For
Experience working with children (all age groups welcome)
A patient, adaptable, and nurturing approach
Confidence supporting pupils with a variety of needs
Strong communication and teamwork skills
An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
