Phlebotomist – Our Future Health - South West Wales (Carmarthenshire & Pembrokeshire)

* Location: South West Wales (Carmarthenshire & Pembrokeshire)
* Rate: £18.00 - £25.78 per hour
Pulse Nursing Agency are looking for experienced Phlebotomists and HCA’s with Phlebotomy experience in the South West Wales area with shifts available Monday-Sunday (8:00am-7:30pm). Offering competitive hourly pay rates of:
Monday to Friday: £18.00 per hour
Saturday: £20.96 per hour
Sunday & Bank Holidays: £25.78 per hour
Responsibilities
* Complete POCT cholesterol checks; height, weight and waist measurements; heart rate and blood pressure checks and record data findings on the system
* Draw two blood samples, labelling and storing correctly
* Check the welfare of the participants throughout their appointments, escalating as required
Qualifications
* Minimum of one year’s active experience drawing blood.
* Experience in taking patient observations
* Excellent patient care skills
* Immediate holder of the Right to Work in the UK
