A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Advisor to join a well-established manufacturing business based in Preston, initially on a 12 month FTC. This is a true generalist role where you will work as part of an established people team, playing a key role in shaping the people strategy, supporting managers, and delivering an excellent HR service to the business.

Key Responsibilities:
* Support with employee relations cases such as performance management, disciplinaries, grievances, and sickness absence
* Advise Managers on HR policies, procedures and employment law
* Produce HR reports with analysis for the Management team
* Assist with recruitment, including job descriptions, adverts, shortlisting, interviewing, and onboarding
* Promote equality, diversity, and inclusion across the organisation
* Work with Managers to understand training needs and create relevant content
* Support the broader people team on a variety of HR projects
