Director of School Operations
Location: St Helens (WA9 / WA10)

Our school is looking for a strategic leader to take on the role of Director of School Operations. You will be a key member of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT), ensuring that our financial resources are managed effectively to provide the best possible outcomes for our pupils.
Due to the "ASAP" nature of this start, candidates must have recent, professional experience using the Arbor Finance system in a school setting.
Key Responsibilities:
* Strategic Finance: Lead on the school's three-year financial plan, ensuring sustainability and value for money across all departments.
* Arbor Finance Lead: Take full ownership of the Arbor Finance system. You will be responsible for the accuracy of the school's accounts, month-end closures, and year-end procedures.
* Premises & Compliance: Oversee the school site, including health and safety, facilities management, and external contractor relationships.
* HR & Payroll: Manage the support staff team and oversee the accurate submission of payroll and pension data.
