We work across trade industry, consumer PR, social media and influencer campaigns to deliver standout, culturally relevant moments that reach the right audiences.
The Role
We’re looking for a highly organised, proactive freelance or consultant at Senior Account Manager level or above to join us on a flexible basis (circa 3 days per week throughout 2026).
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on campaign delivery, loves media relations, and brings strong experience across consumer PR and influencer marketing - particularly within drinks or adjacent lifestyle categories eg music, fashion, festivals, food.
Key Responsibilities
Consumer PR
· Lead the day-to-day running of PR campaigns across a portfolio of drinks and lifestyle clients
· Own campaign timelines, ensuring flawless execution across multiple workstreams
· Develop strategic PR plans aligned to brand objectives and cultural moments
· Drive proactive media relations – generating coverage across national, consumer, lifestyle and trade titles
· Craft compelling press materials including press releases, sell-ins, media pitches and briefing documents
· Secure high-quality coverage through strong editorial relationships and creative storytelling
· Manage press events, media tastings and experiential activations where relevant
· Lead client comms, including regular reporting, WIPs and performance tracking
Influencer Campaigns
· Plan and deliver end-to-end influencer campaigns (strategy, sourcing, briefing, execution and reporting)
· Identify and engage relevant creators across lifestyle, food & drink and culture spaces
· Negotiate partnerships and manage influencer relationships
· Develop creative influencer briefs that balance brand messaging with authentic content
· Monitor campaign performance and provide clear reporting
Campaign & Account Management
· Maintain exceptional organisation across multiple campaigns and deadlines
· Ensure budgets, timelines and deliverables are managed effectively
· Collaborate closely with internal team members and external partners
· Contribute to creative ideation and campaign development
Client & Relationship Management
• Build strong, trusted relationships with clients through clear communication and delivery
• Confidently manage expectations and provide strategic counsel
• Demonstrate a genuine passion for client success and long-term partnerships
Skills & Experience
• Senior Account Manager level (or above) within an agency or freelance capacity
• Proven experience delivering consumer PR campaigns
• Strong influencer marketing experience, from strategy through to execution
• A genuine love of media relations with an established network of journalist contacts
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and time management
• Confident communicator, both written and verbal
• Ability to work autonomously while integrating seamlessly with a team
Desirable
• Experience in trade PR
• Strong understanding of the UK drinks sector
Essential
• Experience working with drinks brands (wine, spirits, beer or wider category)
• Strong understanding of the UK media landscape across consumer
• A passion for the drinks and lifestyle space, and an understanding of how to position brands within it to get traction with the consumer
Working Details
• Circa 2-3 days per week
