Service Team Coordinator in Bourne End, Buckinghamshire We are looking for a service team coordinator to join our friendly team in Bourne End, Buckinghamshire. With offices dotted across the UK, we’re a nationwide business that’s quickly growing. In this role, you’ll help look after our southern division. Primarily coordinating a team of engineers and assisting our customers. What you’ll need: • A well-organised approach to work • Good time keeping and ability to work to defined deadlines • Good communication skills – written and verbal • Five GCSE qualifications at level A to C (including Maths & English) • Excellent telephone manner – you’ll spend a lot of time talking on the phone to customers and colleagues • Strong interpersonal and customer relationship skills – we need somebody who’s friendly and approachable • Experience working in a service environment would be beneficial, but more importantly we’re looking for someone enthusiastic and willing to learn • A team player with the ability to take initiative • Flexible and adaptable personality • Willingness to learn new skills and embrace procedures • IT skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access & Works (including site specific PPM systems & BMS but not necessary) What you’ll be doing: • Scheduling of engineer’s diaries • Scheduling of maintenance visits • Regular communication with customers (confirming visits etc) • General office administration duties • Answering incoming calls • Reacting to callouts • Stationery/other office expenses orders • Taking detailed messages and forwarding as necessary • Keep engineers training records updated • Submitting engineer’s reports/quotes within an agreed timeframe • Sending insurance/health and safety documents upon request • Sending new customer/supplier credit forms • Submitting RAMS as required • Processing holiday requests • Setting up new Maintenance Contracts & sending out welcome packs • Raising Purchase Orders for relevant M’s & MA’s • Producing and sending invoices to customers • Producing quotes using data from engineer’s reports • Entry of data onto a workflow management system • Review engineer overtime claims and submit to management for approval What you’ll get • Competitive salary • Private health care for you and your family, with online private GP • Annual bonus • Healthy reward scheme via health care provider for discounted sportswear, free Apple watches, cinema tickets etc. • Long service rewards, including additional leave after 5 years’ service • Ability to buy and sell additional annual leave days • Purchase of bicycles via cycle to work scheme • Personal development plan • Fantastic team and work environment with high staff retention rates
