We are working with a number of secondary schools across Cumbria who are looking for a Teaching Assistants to support students across KS3-KS4. This role is ideal for someone patient, enthusiastic, and passionate about helping young people progress.
Responsibilities:
* Provide classroom support to teachers and pupils
* Deliver 1:1 and small-group interventions
* Support students with additional needs (SEND experience desirable)
* Assist with behaviour and engagement
Requirements:
* Experience working with young people
* Understanding of secondary curriculum is beneficial
* Strong communication and teamwork skills

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
