About The Role
Reporting to the Store Manager, you'll assist in overseeing all aspects of your store's operations—leading your colleagues from the front and role modeling best practices. You'll support in delivering excellent store standards daily and use your commercial knowledge to maximize sales potential. When your Store Manager isn't available, you'll take charge of the store, driving your team to achieve excellent results. As a Deputy Store Manager, you'll be out on the floor, coaching and inspiring your team, setting the pace, and leading by example.

What We Are Looking For
Essential:
* Management experience in a fast-paced retail environment
* Experience managing medium to large teams
* Proven ability to meet KPIs
* Flexibility to work various hours, including weekends and bank holidays
* Experience in FMCG or big box retail is advantageous but not essential
