Job Title: Supply Chain Analyst

Location: Telford, Shropshire + Hybrid Working Arrangements

Compensation: £40, + Benefits

The role

As a Supply Chain Analyst, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. Your insights will shape critical decisions, optimise resources, and influence the future direction of our operations, making a tangible impact on business performance.

Day-to-day, you’ll have the following responsibilities:

1. Generate and deliver comprehensive risk analysis against the delivery forecast, presenting findings to customers and key internal stakeholders.
2. Track and validate Gainshare savings, ensuring monthly sign-off with both internal teams and external partners.
3. Identify and drive value improvement opportunities within the delivery forecast to enhance efficiency and performance.
4. Manipulate, analyse, and interpret complex data sets to provide clear, actionable insights that support strategic decision-making.
5. Conduct ad-hoc analysis to address emerging business needs and contribute to broader organisational objectives.

This role is full time working 37 hours per week and provides hybrid working arrangements with a minimum of 2 days per week on site at DSG Donnington, Shropshire or Andover, Hampshire, with the flexibility to work full time on site when business needs demand.

This is a fixed term position for a duration of 52 weeks.

Essential experience of the Supply Chain Analyst:

6. Proven experience in a commercially focused role within a similar operating model.
7. Background in an established commercial organisation, working within a supply chain function to deliver compliant contracts.
8. Proficiency with SAP or similar enterprise systems.
9. Strong capability in managing, assessing, and interpreting large data sets to support Procurement and Supply Chain operations.
10. Demonstrated expertise in developing and utilising data analytics tools and reports to drive informed decision-making.
