About the role
As a Business Support Administrator, you will deliver effective and efficient administrative support. You’ll be a key point of contact for both internal and external customers, helping to ensure our services run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities include:
1. Communicate effectively with customers, promoting a positive image of the Council and resolving queries within your remit.
2. Complete a wide range of administrative tasks using a suite of tailored software & machinery
3. Reprographic work including printing, copying, enveloping, & scanning.
4. Communicate and build relationships with external stakeholders and internal customers.
5. Identify and recommend improvements within your role or team.
6. Review your own work for accuracy and completeness.
About you
7. Possesses good communication skills and accurate attention to detail.
8. Educated to GCSE / NVQ2 standard or equivalent, including in English and Maths.
9. Keen to learn and able to juggle priorities effectively, often with conflicting demands.
10. Caring and helpful and able to work as part of a team.
11. Customer focused and has a can-do attitude.
