Job Summary
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and innovative clinical or counselling psychologist to be part of a busy, supportive and cohesive multi-disciplinary community mental health team based at Riverside Resource Centre in Partick, in the West End of Glasgow. The role involves the delivery of specialist psychological assessment, high‑intensity and highly specialist individual and group therapies for individuals with moderate to severe mental health presentations.
Responsibilities
* Deliver specialist psychological assessment and high‑intensity individual and group therapies for moderate to severe mental health presentations.
* Provide clinical supervision to trainees, qualified staff and multi‑disciplinary staff delivering low‑intensity psychological interventions.
* Support professional development and participate in a professional network of psychologists across North West Glasgow, West Dunbartonshire and clinical research initiatives.
Qualifications
* Doctoral level (or equivalent) professional qualification in Clinical or Counselling Psychology.
* Eligibility for registration with the HCPC.
