About the role
The salary for Primary Supply Teachers depends on years of experience, whether day-to-day supply or long-term cover. We also offer a guaranteed pay scheme, where you are paid even if you do not work!
The role of a Supply Teacher is varied and dynamic. You will visit different schools, teach various classes, and work with some of the best Primary schools across Cambridgeshire. Most of your work will be planned; however, you should have resources ready for subjects and age groups you are comfortable teaching. We will provide ample notice if resources are needed. You are only expected to work from 8:30 am to 3:30 pm, with no additional hours required.

Requirements
To be considered for a Primary Supply Teacher role, you will:
1. Hold Qualified Teacher Status or a relevant teaching qualification
2. Have good behaviour management skills
3. Be available for 1-5 days per week
Teaching Personnel is committed to safeguarding children, young people, and vulnerable adults. We conduct thorough interviews and reference checks and require an Enhanced DBS check, which must be registered on the Update Service if not already held. Details will be discussed during the interview.
Salary depends on experience, training, and qualifications. The minimum requirement is:
* QTS or relevant teaching qualification
