Mechanical Fitter x 2 (East Kilbride) Driver Hire is recruiting on behalf of a reputable Electrical, Mechanical & HVAC company based in East Kilbride. We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Fitter to join their team, working on a Scottish Power contract involving heavy pipework and filtration systems. Position Details: Location: East Kilbride Hours: 40 per week Pay: £19 per hour Benefits: Company van, PPE provided Overtime: Paid at time and a half Contract: 12-week temp-to-perm opportunity Requirements: CSCS Blue Card preferred, but Green Card holders will also gain site access Experience in wastewater and clean water workstreams, with a valid Scottish Water DOMS or EUSR card Experience in FMCG industries where effluent treatment is processed on-site before discharge to the network Familiarity with process water plants, sedimentation systems, lamella filtration, and settlement ponds This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled fitter to join a well-established company and transition into a permanent role.
