Responsibilities
* Selling techniques: Knows and applies the different selling techniques in prospections and negotiations.
* Market knowledge: Has a detailed knowledge of his dedicated region, customers and/or sector.
* Competitive awareness: Has a detailed knowledge of the activities of his competition in his region and/or sector.
* Market pricing and equipment knowledge: Is able to gather market pricings, has knowledge of the equipment available in the sector and Sarens equipment in the sector or region.
* Finance: Good knowledge of project P&L influences.
* Legal: Basic understanding of legal aspects of contract negotiations and impact on project P&L.
* Presentation skills: Able to speak convincingly to an audience and maintain attention and interest.
* Other abilities: Thinks out of the box, analytical thinking, creativity, strong negotiator.
* Behavioural and interpersonal: Networker, team player, accountability, client oriented, active listener.
* Technical competences: In-depth technical knowledge of industrial equipment assembly and mechanical works; basic knowledge of all Sarens equipment; methodological and interpretation skills to understand customer needs.
Qualifications
* Experience: Desirable to have more than 3 years of experience in sales.
* Languages: English plus language of the country where the person is based; language of main customer list is an advantage.
* Computer: MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint minimum), CRM, ERP software.
