We are recruiting for a Registered Vet Nurse with a surgical interest to cover a period of maternity leave at a small animal veterinary practice in Crawley area West Sussex
Role:
* Fixed Term Contract for 12 months (Maternity Cover) - start ASAP
* Full time including a 1 in 6 weekends on call and no OOH.
* practice is a fantastic purpose-built facility in a newly refurbished building with excellent facilities (2 operating theatres and on-site CT) and well equipped to deal orthopaedic procedures (THR, TPLO, CUE, arthroscopy etc).
* role would suit a confident RVN with good all-round nursing skills and an interest in surgical nursing.
* previous referral experience is not necessary
* join a fabulous nursing team of 11 RVNs
* Well located in Crawley area of West Sussex with good transport links (near Gatwick Airport), varied housing, and access to green spaces with the the South Downs AONB nearby
Requirements:
* Qualified Vet Nurse
* Registered with RCVS
* good all-round nursing skills
* interest in surgical nursing.
Salary package:
* Salary to £34,000.00 per annum to reflect your experience
