We are looking for a Service Centre Operator to join our team in Prestatyn. This person will be responsible for delivering a five-star service, selling the benefits of HCA International, and guiding customers through the call. Contact with customers will involve both inbound and outbound activities.

What you’ll do:
1. Answer telephone calls and transfer them professionally.
2. Ensure all systems are accurately updated and calls transferred to the correct department or individual.
3. Provide rapid response when answering calls, working towards set SLAs and KPIs.
4. Collaborate closely with staff at each hospital, such as GP Liaison and Consultant Liaison teams, updating colleagues on new services and consultant information.
