Senior Recruitment Consultant – Edinburgh
We are seeking a sales-driven experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our Edinburgh office in our Technology team. As a 360 Consultant, your primary focus will be to develop and nurture relationships within both large and small public sector organisations across Edinburgh and the East Coast. You will actively seek out and meet with recruitment teams, Directors, line managers, and other key stakeholders. You will be recruiting the best and most experienced candidates for interim roles within this busy sector. The desk available in this market has derived its success from developing meaningful relationships with our clients, beating sales targets on a regular basis with genuine potential to grow more.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Recruitment Consultant to join our Edinburgh Office. This is to work within our hugely successful and high-performing Recruitment team based in the Exchange district of Edinburgh. This is a high-performing, collaborative and inclusive office environment, where you will be given the opportunity to work with sector experts across a well-established and experienced team ranging from Recruitment Consultant to Director Level.
Responsibilities
* Identifying and building partnerships with new clients and candidates and supporting them through the recruitment process.
* Sourcing new candidates and conducting thorough interviews using our CRM database and recruitment tools.
* Handling the full recruitment process - from shortlisting through to offering the successful candidate their new job and supporting them through onboarding.
* Developing and maintaining strong relationships with central government organisations and key decision makers.
* Actively seeking and engaging with in-house recruitment professionals, directors, and line managers.
* Sourcing, screening and recruiting top-tier candidates for interim roles.
* Drafting reports, ensuring compliance across all activities, and participating in internal projects.
* Contributing to the development and growth of the business, especially the Business Support team.
Requirements
* Experience as a Senior Recruitment Consultant or above with a proven track record in business development and recruitment.
* Highly driven, ambitious, and inspiring with the ability to drive success in others and resilience in recruitment.
