We currently have an opportunity for a Recruitment Consultant to join our team, the role entails working closely with region leading Construction Contractors, Consultants, Engineers and Developers to attract talent to their businesses.

As a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll take full ownership of your client portfolio and specialist discipline in a thriving, high-growth market. You’ll lead the entire 360 recruitment process from taking detailed client briefs to implementing and delivering effective recruitment strategies tailored to businesses within your specialism.
Managing an inception to completion recruitment process from initial client communication, taking job briefs through to sourcing candidates, interviewing and to offer stage and post placement aftercare.
