Iconic Resourcing is delighted to be partnering with a prominent professional services firm in their search for a Tenders Assistant to join their dynamic and collaborative team. Based in Scotland and reporting to the Tenders Manager, this role presents an exciting opportunity for an individual who excels in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Propose tender opportunities to the Tenders Qualifications Group
* Participate in tender meetings, liaising with colleagues across different disciplines within the business
* Be responsible for CV management and keeping databases/records up to date
* With strong attention to detail, ensure document formatting and branding is consistent
* General administrative duties, including monitoring the tenders inbox and presentation preparation
* Manage the preparation and delivery of physical tender documentation, including all aspects of printing, binding, and courier coordination, when applicable
* Work with internal teams to coordinate the setup of new client numbers or contract extensions
What we’re looking for:
1. Proficient in IT, especially Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
