Position: Fine Jewellery - Sales Consultant
Job Type: Permanent, Full-time
Location: Central London
Salary: £30000-£38000 per annum plus commission

In this exciting role, you'll play a key role in creating a welcoming and memorable experience for our customers. You'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, using your product knowledge and expertise to guide customers towards the perfect jewellery piece. You'll also be responsible for achieving sales goals and contributing to the overall success of the store.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome customers with a warm and friendly smile.
Actively engage with customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
Assist and develop client relationships with customers in browsing and selecting jewellery pieces.
Ability to serve High Net Worth (HNW) clients and handle challenges.
Provide accurate and detailed information about jewellery products, including materials, gemstones, and care instructions.
Upsell and cross-sell jewellery and related accessories.
Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately.
Build and maintain positive relationships with HNW clients.
Achieve individual and team sales goals.
Participate in in-store events and promotions.
About the Candidate:
A minimum of two years of luxury retail experience, preferably with Fine Jewellery experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong sales acumen and a results-oriented approach.
Passion for jewellery storytelling and a keen eye for style.
Organised and detail oriented.
Team player with a positive attitude.
