An ideal candidate will have a background in data entry, financial & system administration and customer service. Key Responsibilities: * Order Management: Monitor work-in-progress to provide customers with real-time updates via phone and email. * Customer Service: Send formal confirmations, handle general inquiries, and escalate technical questions to the Account Manager. * Packing & Dispatch: Carefully pack products to match prescriptions and specifications, manage daily shipping schedules, and prepare courier documentation. * Finance Administration (Sage): Issue sales invoices, input supplier purchase invoices, and manage monthly credit control and statements. * Returns & Logistics: Log and process incoming returns and coordinate with suppliers regarding deliveries.
