Role: Compliance Officer
Salary: £26,000 per annum rising to £27,500 after completion of successful probation period
Contract type: Permanent
Working hours: Full Time (37.5 hrs pw)
Location: Between L3 9AG & L25 2PR

Were looking for a detail-driven, proactive professional to help us deliver excellence across our contracts. In this role, youll carry out audits, ensure compliance with policies and Prime Contractor standards, and work closely with our team to spot improvements and share best practice. What youll do
Ensure all contracts, audits and compliance checks are in line with the companys policies and procedures regarding internal quality standards, Provider Guidance and Prime Contractor rules and regulations
Carry out audits and compliance checks across the department and assist in identifying other areas that require review
Identify areas of weakness and recommend suitable courses of action to rectify problems. Liaise with the appropriate people to implement solutions, where appropriate
Produce audit feedback as required to staff
Liaise with the Quality team to schedule internal audits.
What youll need
Level 2 English and Maths as a minimum
IEP L2 Sector Introduction would be desirable
Ability to work with Centre staff to resolve any issues arising from the audits & compliance
Ability/experience of planning and implementing quality systems
Ability to prioritise, plan and co-ordinate activities with other areas of the company
Ability/experience of delivering feedback in a positive and constructive manner, both verbally and in writing
Full UK driving license as you may be required to travel to other Centres.
Overseas equivalent qualifications will be accepted.
