The role
We are looking for a polished, proactive and people-first Guest Experience Host to lead front of house and elevate the daily client journey. This role is ideal for someone with luxury hospitality instincts, strong admin skills, and the confidence to keep a busy salon running smoothly.
What you'll be doing
* Managing calls, enquiries, and bookings with precision and warmth
* Diary management, confirmations, waitlist, and client notes
* Checkout, payment processing, and supporting smooth end-of-service transitions
* Coordinating client comfort, refreshments, coat handling, and overall atmosphere
* Daily admin, emails, stock and supplies checks, and studio presentation
* Supporting the team with timing, organisation, and calm problem-solving
* Assisting with planning meetings, events, and occasional VIP moments
What we're looking for
* Proven experience in front of house, reception, luxury retail, hospitality, or wellness
* Excellent spoken and written English, with confident email etiquette
* Organised, discreet, and calm under pressure, with strong attention to detail
* Tech confident, comfortable with booking systems, email, and day-to-day admin
* Naturally warm, well-presented, and service-led, you love hosting
* A genuine interest in style, beauty, and premium client experience
Hours
Full-time, including Tuesday - Saturday.
Start date: January 2026
