Smart Solutions are seeking a proactive and experienced Account Manager to join our team, covering sites across the Yorkshire region.
Youll be responsible for managing staffing and recruitment across key locations.
This is a hands-on role requiring excellent client management, recruitment expertise, and the ability to deliver high standards of service across multiple sites.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the implementation of new contracts and ensure full understanding of client requirements.
* Maintain KPI compliance and deliver regular performance feedback.
* Conduct client satisfaction reviews and present findings.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure support structures are in place.
* Keep accurate records in line with legal and company standards.
* Provide legislative updates and implement necessary changes.
* Benchmark salaries, candidate availability, and industry trends.
* Host regular review meetings with clients and internal teams.
Recruitment & Workforce Management
* Advertise and recruit for site-specific roles.
* Manage candidate attraction, engagement, and retention.
* Conduct interviews, testing, and selection to meet service standards.
* Deliver inductions and ensure full compliance during registration.
* Oversee performance management and service centre activity.
* Ensure adequate staffing levels and manage sickness/holiday cover.
Person Specification
Experience & Qualifications
* Proficient in Microsoft Office.
* Recruitment experience is essential.
* Experience in production or waste recycling environments is desirable.
