About the Role
Join our vibrant team as a Lifeguard at Splash Waterworld, where your primary mission is to ensure our guests have a fantastic and safe experience! Your keen attention to detail will be essential as you monitor the pool and flumes, while your friendly demeanor will help create memorable moments for everyone.
Whether you already hold a lifeguard qualification or are just starting out, we’ve got you covered! We’ll provide you with the necessary training, including the NPLQ course, to kickstart your lifeguarding career.
About You
We’re on the lookout for enthusiastic individuals who can easily connect with a diverse range of guests. If you’re a strong swimmer with a sharp eye for detail, you’ll thrive in this role, especially during busy times at the pool.
While previous lifeguard experience is a plus, we’re more than happy to support you in obtaining your NPLQ certification. You’ll be part of a fantastic team, but there will also be moments when you’ll take charge and supervise independently.
Our business operates 7 days a week, so flexibility, reliability, and punctuality are key. Your role is vital to our team, and we can’t wait to see what you bring!
