Marketing Manager – Fintech – Up to £55k – Remote
Join a fast-growing fintech scale-up and lead the marketing relaunch from the ground up.
My client is a fintech business ready to bring marketing in-house for the first time. With no formal internal marketing function currently in place, this is a brilliant opportunity for someone to take full ownership of the strategy, shape the brand, and lead the go-to-market relaunch of their flagship product.
What you’ll be doing:
* Owning the entire marketing function – from content and campaign planning through to delivery
* Writing press releases, blogs, newsletters, award entries, and building out all sales collateral
* Leading the relaunch of a key B2B product, helping define the brand and go-to-market strategy
* Working alongside an external agency, the product team, and senior stakeholders
* Driving brand awareness, growing LinkedIn presence, and generating leads
* Setting KPIs around conversion, engagement and reach within the first 3 months

Salary:£45k - £55k

* A confident Marketing Manager
* Someone with generalist B2B experience, ideally in financial services or fintech
* Comfortable building strategy from scratch and working cross-functionally
* Familiarity with tools like Mailchimp and Pipedrive is a bonus
* Remote-first – you can be based anywhere in the UK
