The Opportunity: As a Parts Administrator you will: Generate and submit orders to manufacturers, being responsible for all our Brands in the Dorset and Wiltshire area. Order stock for each of our manufacturers. Invoice verification. And parts stock check. Manufacturer Claim returns. Missing Claims-Damaged claim. Warranty returns. About You: Self-motivated and reliable, able to work on own initiative and as part of a team; Core skills in computing (essential), including web systems, email and use of excel; Adaptable multi-tasker with good organisational skills, able to work well within a busy environment, and meet deadlines; Experience with CDK / Keyloop (advantageous but not essential); A full UK driving licence (advantageous but not essential).
