Here are some of the benefits we offer that make working for Gist just that little bit more special… 20% M&S discount on most things from furniture, fashion and food 25 days’ annual leave plus bank holidays (rising with length of service) Discounted rates on healthcare cash plan Auto Enrolment Pension or competitive Defined Contribution Pension Scheme and life assurance (up to 4 times salary) Amazing perks and discounts via our App to major restaurants and retailers Access to a wide range of wellbeing support – including our Employee Assistance Programme A first-class welcome with a tailored induction and a wide range of training schemes to help with your learning and development Cycle to work scheme Role details: Salary : £40-42,000 (DOE) Hours : 37.5 hours Per Week Working pattern : Monday- Friday Plus the opportunity to work from home in line with our hybrid ways of working) Location : We are open to candidates based near our Daventry or Basingstoke site What you’ll do: As our Digital Learning Specialist You'll play a key role in delivering a new digital induction experience, improving engagement with learning across the business and helping us evolve how colleagues learn at Gist.Your key responsibilities will include: Designing and developing high-quality eLearning modules using Articulate Rise, Storyline and other digital learning tools Creating engaging digital content including videos, guides, toolkits, presentations and blended learning resources Supporting the development of a new induction experience and other key business projects Managing and maintaining learning content within our Learning Management System (LMS) Working closely with subject matter experts and stakeholders to translate complex information into practical, engaging learning solutions Supporting improvements in learner engagement, onboarding effectiveness and compliance performance Continuously reviewing and improving learning content to ensure it remains relevant, accessible and impactful Who you are: We're looking for someone who combines creativity with strong technical capability and enjoys bringing learning to life through digital solutions. To be successful in this role, you'll bring: At least 2 years' experience designing and developing eLearning content Experience using Articulate Rise, Storyline or equivalent authoring tools Experience administering and maintaining learning content within an LMS A strong understanding of instructional design and adult learning principles Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills The ability to simplify complex information into engaging learning experiences Strong visual design and presentation skills Excellent attention to detail and a passion for continuous improvement It would be great if you also have experience within logistics, supply chain, manufacturing, construction or other operational environments.
