Presentation Designer FTC 7 Months

We are looking for a Presentation Designer to support our London office in creating, editing and formatting high-quality presentations and marketing materials. This role will also provide support to overseas teams when capacity allows.
This position plays an important part in delivering a high-quality, client-focused service. You will be expected to build strong relationships, work safely and ensure full compliance with company standards.
What you’ll do:
* Create visually engaging, brand-consistent presentations and documents using PowerPoint, Word, and Adobe Creative Suite
* Design bespoke templates and incorporate graphics to ensure content is clear and impactful
* Produce and edit a range of materials including pitchbooks, invitations, logos, maps, and other marketing assets
* Format documents to a high standard within both corporate and bespoke templates
* Ensure all work complies with copyright guidelines and company standards
* Proofread your own work and support quality checks across the team
* Assist with presentation training materials for UK departments
* Provide general administrative support related to the role
* Support wider Facilities team tasks as required
What you’ll bring:
Essential
* Advanced skills in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word, with intermediate Excel
* Experience working in a client-focused environment, ideally within banking or financial services
* Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work under pressure
* Confident communicating with stakeholders at all levels
* Proactive, flexible and a strong team player
Desirable
* Experience in a desktop publishing or similar role
* Working knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator
* Willingness to work additional hours when required
