We look not only for brilliant minds, but for people who will thrive in our environment: people who love working collaboratively and demonstrate the innovative, efficient, agile, entrepreneurial, and responsible mind-set we aim to bring to every interaction. Ours is an environment of outperformance. We achieve this not with targets and incentives, but by fostering a positive, supportive, fair, and open atmosphere. We respect and value difference but insist on inclusivity. We celebrate all aspects of diversity and challenge any form of bias. This is vital to our ability to work as one team, with a common goal. About the role: We are seeking a Channel and Editorial Manager to join our dynamic communications team. Manage editorial calendars, production schedules, and approval workflows for efficient and high-quality content delivery. Coordinate multimedia content production, working with both internal and external contributors (e.g. writers, designers, video producers). Ensure all digital content meets our quality, brand, accessibility, and regulatory standards. Monitor and analyse content performance using analytics tools, preparing regular reports and recommending improvements. Implement best editorial and content governance practices, supporting ongoing compliance and innovation. Advise on digital storytelling, content development, and platform use to maximise engagement. Champion operational efficiency and identify opportunities for workflow or process innovation. We are ideally looking for: Significant experience in content or editorial management, digital publishing, or communications operations, ideally within professional services or a complex organisation. Proficiency with content management systems (CMS), multimedia production, and editorial processes. Strong data literacy and experience working with analytics and reporting tools to inform content strategy. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and contributors while maintaining high editorial standards. Background or training in digital accessibility, compliance, and quality assurance.
