We are representing a client seeking a motivated and results-driven Driving & Industrial Recruitment Consultant to join their team. You will be responsible for developing new business, managing existing client relationships, and supplying high-quality HGV, LGV, and industrial staff to businesses across the region. This is a fast-paced role where no two days are the same, requiring strong sales ability, candidate management skills, and a customer-first mindset. Key Responsibilities Manage and grow a driving & industrial recruitment desk. Source, interview, and register candidates for temporary, contract, and permanent roles. Develop new business through sales calls, networking, and client visits. Build and maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring excellent service levels. Match candidates to client requirements and coordinate bookings. Manage compliance checks including Right to Work, licences, and WTD requirements. Handle on-call duties to support clients and drivers outside of office hours. Maintain accurate records on the CRM and ensure smooth payroll processing. Skills & Experience Required Previous recruitment experience (driving/industrial sector desirable). Strong business development and account management skills. Knowledge of HGV/industrial workforce requirements and WTD compliance. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work to targets and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Full UK driving licence preferred.
